Many-horned Adder

(Bitis cornuta)

In February 2023, a few friends and I went to Namibia to find all six species of adder found in the country. Don’t tell the other five species, but Bitis cornuta was by far my favorite. These little vipers are found along the far southwestern coast of Africa. They’re so beautiful and those horns are incredible in person.
