CNPS Wildflower Show- April 26
Please join us at West Valley College on Saturday, April 25, 2026 from 9:30 am - 4 pm for our 51th Wildflower Show. This family-friendly event features hundreds of native wildflowers and plants on display as well as a variety of activities for all ages. The event and parking are all free to the public.

Sacramento Snake Festival- May 2
SnakeFest is a free, family-friendly event that includes live snake presentations, kids activities, demonstrations, food and an exploration of the global efforts of Save The Snakes, a nonprofit organization dedicated to snake conservation. At SnakeFest, you can learn from other local nature organizations that support our community, support local snake-friendly businesses, and yes… see lots and lots of snakes!
